Well, here is your chance! What The Gravel is offering you the opportunity to become a Wilderness Master. This is not a franchise. You will be investing directly into the company that operates What The Gravel! This will make you a shareholder of 10% of the issued ordinary shares of What Corporate Marketing & Brand Channels.

The Business Opportunity

What The Gravel operates as an intermediary between tourism establishments and members of the public who joins the business as partners or members. We offer services to members via a number of Adventure Clubs. Club members then receive benefits offered by us or our partners.

Partners are deemed to be any business which relies on domestic travel for the majority of its annual revenue.

Your Role as Brand Partner is to offer the services of the company to businesses in your exclusive area. The available areas are the geographically demarcated districts in the Northern and Western Cape Provinces.

You will also be required to negotiate benefits for Club Members and promote these benefits to interested persons to join the Club to which these benefits apply.

Training & Support

Training is essential to make this business work for you. Therefore all training is provided online via Zoom.

Training include the following:

1. Product Training to understand what it is that we offer to businesses
2. System Training to understand how the web-ecosystem works
3. Operational Training to learn how to generate content using AI and
4. Editorial Training to learn how to create videos from raw footage using CapCut

What is not included:

• Third party licenses to upgrade from “free use” to “paid usage”
• Operational Expenses such as printing fees
• Display Stands for Client Premises (Client can purchase on your website)
• Any other items incidental to the business plan.

Requirements:

1. South African Citizen with SA ID number – No Passports will be accepted.
2. Home Address must be in the Northern or Western Cape.
3. Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans.
4. Must have your own high clearance vehicle or 4×4.
5. Must have a home office equipped with at least the following:

• A Laptop or PC and MS Office or similar programs
• Permanent Internet Connection via fibre or GSM (Mobile Data)
• Video Camera / SMartphone with 4K video capabilities.

What The Gravel operates paperless and there is no need for printers or fax machines. However, when doing business with certain entities, technology has passed them by and you may need to print, sign and return documents to us.

Investment

What The Gravel! is offering this business opportunity on the presumption that you understand what it means to run a business and follow a set program, business model, policies and procedures.

An investment of R12 500 is required to secure 10% share in the company licensed to operate What The Gravel! Since this is not a franchise, there are no further fees payable, but as shareholder, you and others may be called on to invest in new products or services from time to time.

Involvement

This business opportunity is NOT an investment in capital only. When you invest with us, you are required to play an active role in the business and perform your functions and duties with professionalism, diligence, ethics and utmost care.

Board of Directors

You will not be appointed to the Board of Directors within the first 24 months.
