Firstly, once you have placed your order, we will register your new internet domain name based on your town or suburb. If it is not available for registration, we will inform you and suggest an alternative. If it is available, we will proceed to register it in your name.<\/p>\n
It takes around 48 hours to become visible and connect to your hosting server.<\/p>\n
Then we can start building your platform. This takes around 3 working days.<\/p>\n
Once it goes live online, you will be invited to a first round training session.<\/p>\n
After the training session, you can start immediately to populate your platform with “generic content” about your town.<\/p>\n
Before you can invite local businesses to become part of the coalition, basic content must be available. You will not be able to sell nothing. You have to show something brewing.<\/p>\n
Then the “Marketing process” begins. And this is where you will spend 80% of your time for the first 12 months; to get off the ground!<\/p>\n
Remember, this is a real business; not a buy-one-sell-one chain-letter or a “built-for-you” scam. This is a real business riding on a platform we provide, following a specific objective.<\/p>\n
You will learn how to create content in various formats. This includes Advertorial Articles, Short Format Videos, Long Format Videos, AI generated content and Social media advertisements.<\/p>\n
You will also learn how to use AI engines like XAI and ChatGPT to generate images and text, while using your own experience to fact-check the content generated by the AI engines.<\/p>\n
Because you are working in partnership with us, we will curate your content, optimise it for maximum Google reach and cross-post high-level content throughout the coalition.<\/p>\n
After 12 months, your time will shift to 80% content curation and client relationship building, with only 20% on sourcing new business.<\/p>\n
You will be selling a marketing service to local business to promote your town or suburb as a place of interest. This involves active participation, getting up early, and going to bed at God knows what hour. (If this scares you while reading, it will kill you in real life; better give it a slip. It’s not for softies.)<\/p>\n
During year 1, your goal is to build a client book sufficient to sustain your life-style. As mentioned here, you can charge whatever you like, but the going rate of similar services will determine the “perceived market value” of your offer.<\/p>\n
If you have reached your target, you can now start building your footprint and attract more visitors to your platform. At this point, your footprint should be large enough to leverage your subscriber base to up-sell your business offering. The more subscribers you have, the more valuable your business becomes.<\/p>\n
Year 2 will thus be focused on gaining more subscribers (via Whatsapp Channels, Facebook page and Tiktok Videos etc etc). Needless to say, if you are dedicated and well-connected in your local community, you may reach this point long before the first 12 months have passed.<\/p>\n
This is where you income becomes semi-passive. You basically now need to maintain your client and subscriber numbers and replace those who have left the coalition with new people.<\/p>\n
Note that there is no passive income<\/strong> business opportunity anywhere in the world. It does not exist. Even with minimal effort, it is still not passive. It is semi-passive at best. Any promise of a passive income is utter BULLSHIT!
